We will use extra glue to hold tight the grip, pommel, and nut. It will not unscrew without extra heat applied to the pommel. This creates a stronger solid blade. But limited options for swapping out the blade later.
I've only done some light sparring so far with it, but I love the weight and length.The only downside is that without epoxy the threaded pommel did start to come loose.HOWEVER - I specifically ordered it like that so I would be able to customize it - so it's really not a big deal, more of a *be aware*

Exactly what was described. Had a few good fight and almost no burrs, bends well for being strong flex
