Integrated overlay designed for the most demanding users

The Trinity EVO 800N offers the highest level of safety without compromise. Designed for HEMA enthusiast of all skill levels! It combines maximum cushioning with lightweight, durable, and modern design. The chin tie and back fastening ensure easy use and adjustment to individual needs. Even better absorption of impact energy while maintaining full comfort of use.

With our experience in creating 350N versions and responding to customer needs, we decided to develop the Trinity Evo 800N mask overlay. Its design is inspired by medieval quilted hoods once used across Europe.

This product was created for HEMA practitioners who want to increase the durability of their masks and feel more confident when training with any type of simulator. The overlay is unisize, suitable for both women and men.

Made of durable, black, damage-resistant fabric, the overlay is tied under the chin with a cord. The front lacing is covered by a Velcro-fastened flap. Trinity wraps around the metal shell of the mask from every side, reaching the shoulders like an old medieval hood.

The overlay is made from 800N puncture-resistant materials. It is adjusted with a front lace, allowing a precise fit to the size of your mask. For added aesthetics and safety, the lacing is hidden under a material cover secured with Velcro. Inside this cover, a built-in plastic insert provides additional cushioning in the throat area. On the back, special “wings” made from 350N fencing fabric cover high-risk spots around the back of the head. The overlay is lightweight, does not restrict movement, and does not affect mobility around the neck or shoulders.

It covers the front, sides, and back of the head — including the throat, shoulders, and collarbones. The extended collar does not limit movement, which is noticeable during HEMA training. The occipital part is slightly padded for extra shock absorption.

Inside, you’ll find a layer of cushioning foam, while the back section is lined with 3D mesh for improved comfort. Additionally, two internal Velcro tabs help secure the mask in place.
