The weight and balance of this sword is perfection. The grip and the finger ring guard over the ricasso is well proportioned for the index over cross grip, allowing for natural snapping cuts, and accurate thrusts. However the grip is rather narrow and the guard is tight that doesn't lend itself well for grips that don't use the index grip. The guard also doesn't allow for mollinets that roll towar
