Barely SCA C&T Legal May 9, 2019

The Viking Feder is a beautiful blade, an excellent "This is what a sword looks like" for crowds  to Ooo and Ahhh over but it's incredibly stiff.  It's just barely legal for my main use, SCA Cut&Thrust and I asked for the most flexible blade they had.  If you are looking at this blade for SCA Cut and Thrust I would advise you look elsewhere.  If you are looking for a Viking/9th,10th,11th century sword trainer this is the sword.

Great sword March 10, 2018
Reviewer: Jared Spradling from richmond, VA United States
I bought this sword with modest expectations, and have been blown away. I have put hundreds of hours of full force sparring on it, against similar swords, longswords, and pole arms. And it has been great, there is no rattle in it anywhere and the worst damage it has received is a few nicks in the cross gaurd. The leather wrap didn't look like much, but shows nothing more than some slight wear, no fraying and is still tight. If you are thinking about buying this you won't be disappointed.
