Forearm and Elbow Protectors PRO mitigate the chances of hurting forearms during historical fencing trainings. This model has additional elbow protectors. The set was made from synthetic leather, durable materials and cambered plastic – it ensures high resistance against hits. The leather part comes around the plastic elbow cover which prevents the gaps.

Even though these protectors look as if they are made of natural leather,no materials of animal origin have been used in the production. The material is quite easy in cleaning and maintenance.

Elbow protectors are specially cambered to ensure the best protection during trainings. Protective parts do not come off the arms and additional rubbers ensure proper fitting. Thanks to adjustable velcros, elbow protection has changable length, and also can be removed from forearms.

In comparison with "Vectir" Forearm and Elbow Protectors, "Geko" PRO covers are a bit shorter and better fitted to the forearm's shape, which ensures more comfortable usage.

Price per pair. One Size, Black Only.
Features
4 oz lighter for the pair than the standard forearms.
Smother feel since its the synthetic leather. Same plastic inserts for protection.
Attached with Velcro straps. The velcro in the center is the attachment point if you have elbows.
Slightly shorter as well as you can see from the pictures. The Geko is on top.

Bulky, cumbersome, and hard to keep in place. February 21, 2019

I have used these only 3-4 times over my Spes jacket, and find them bulky, cumbersome, and hard to keep in place. I use the Sparring Gloves gloves, and these do not fit under very well.  The straps are dumb and don't keep these on. I think I will try to punch the edges, put grommets in and try lacing them up instead. it's unfortunate, because I do like the elbow cup a lot- it fits well.

No complaints January 28, 2019

They fit, they are well made, they work, they don't move out of place during use.  They met my expectations.  But, as full disclosure, I have not tried many other forearm protectors to compare.

They aren't bad by any means, I am just having some issues between parts from several different manufacturers.  The arm guard portion bulks up the forearm enough where the wrist protection on my gloves start to interfere and not move as well as it should.  I would forego the additional fore arm protection if it were not a requirement for us.

Essentially the same as the originals but with a tougher leather like material as an  outer layer. I was worried that this would cause them to slip down the forearm more easily but so far this hasn't been the case. My one major critique is that the straps need much more velcro. I have smallish forearms and a thinner jacket so I almost run out of velcro when wrapping and fastening the straps. Extending the "loop" portion of the velcro another 2-3" along the strap would allow these to be tightened more securely for people with smaller arms.
