Fire and Wind Trainer
Claimed by various schools of wing chun; Baguazhang, taijiquan and choy li fut. However, they are very rarely practiced today. There are a number of varieties, such as wind and fire, sun and moon, heaven and earth, snake ring, kua hu lan. Of the wind and fire variety, there's a number of varieties as well.
The blade does not flex on thrusting, but provides good simulation for moderate level training.
