Military Sabre V5 Bell Guard

It isn't the best but it is affordable. It's heavy, the point of balance makes it awkward to use. However, the price point is fantastic and with enough practice it can do most of what you need it to do. I don't love it but I definitely don't hate it either.

It's good but the balance is about 7 3/4 instead of 5 3/4. Those 2 inches make a difference.

Absolutely solid, well balanced, and lively, but be aware that most HEMA duelling sabers are considerably lighter and somewhat longer (see the Gymnasium Saber). This is great against arming swords or messers. Fun with sword and buckler. Has enough curve to be useful, but not so much that you need to relearn anything. Suitable for "thumb up" grip.Been beating the snot out of it for 10 month

I cant rattle my sabre... Its built too well.

This was a Christmas/Birthday gift for my husband. He showed me what he wanted and it was delivered in a timely manner. Flex is on stiffer side but is good, hilt fits a sparring glove mittens but won’t fit spes heavies or black knights (which are unnecessary with this hilt anyway). The blade is nimble and powerful in the cut. He is very happy with it.
