Main Gauche Sail Parrying Dagger, HEMA

This dagger was developed specifically for HEMA fencing, seeing the growing demand for this fencing tool. The material of the blade is the well-proven 51CrV4 steel, which is characterized by good edge retention. The dagger allows for very easy fencing, the weapon seems almost weightless due to the close center of gravity. Its handguard is made of a 2 mm thick sheet, it provides complete protection for the hand.

Good dagger
A bit stiff but otherwise great. My sparring gloves even fit in the sail.

Really nice sail dagger.
Sturdy and pretty. Blade is a bit stiff for stabbing and would make sure to use a tip with leather or rubber to make the point of impact larger. You could use this against a hanger, broadsword, or sidesword comfortably not just a rapier.
