Jointed Light Neck Protector Gorget by Vytis

As a 5 ft. tall woman, the medium size fits great!! It's very comfortable under my gambeson and allows for neck mobility while still protecting my neck with hard plastic. Great purchase!

Works as expected and comfy

Originally loaned a copy until this became available to order. My second gorget type and favorite so far. Doesn’t impede neck movement and even with a 17.5� neck and traps like a bulldog the medium fits me just fine. Taken more than a few thrusts to the throat with a longsword and definitely the standard for required Cricoid cartilage protection.

Vytis gorgets are great in theory, but their sizing chart needs to be updated. Ordered size small based on the sizing chart and I should have been on the smaller side of small, but the darn thing cuts off blood supply. This thing is lightweight and super comfortable. I did have to boil it and reshape a bit per instructions but it's a huge improvement over other bulky gorgets.
