Order instructions:
In order to start your order, please email us at [email protected] after completing your purchase. Include your order number in your email along with any of the following....

• A .jpg insignia file and engraving text.

• Graphics or additional engraving information.

• A powerpoint layout of your proposed design. We will work with you on the proof.

We will not always reach out to you to ask for instructions, you need to contact us.

Note: New unit graphics cost more if we do not have it or cannot find it. We require a high resolution black and white image.

  Expedited Shipping
  We will hold $15 over and above the shipping amount if your order is due 10 business days or less from the order date. This will expedite the process and eliminate the extra time to track down additional funds for fast shipping IF NEEDED. You can only choose UPS Ground for expedited service, we will manually choose the best shipping option to reach you in time.

Graphics
If we do not have the image on file, a one-time setup fee may be required. The cost will vary based upon complexity of the image. You will be told which graphic fee to choose if you send a logo for approval before ordering, otherwise choose 'no graphics fee.' For a 'thin blue line' (or other color) within a flag, choose the Paint Thin Line in the dropdown menu.

Color
One, hand-painted color can be added for an additional $15 minimum charge. Multiple colors may be added on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss. For a 'thin blue line' (or other color) within a flag, choose the Paint Thin Line in the dropdown menu. You must specify the graphic to use in your engraving instructions.

Darken Upgrade:
Standard engraving is very nice, but the darken can really enhance the *POP* of the sword.


BLANK RUDIS
If you'd like just the rudis, with no engraving, please TELL US! We will not process the order without emailed instructions. A note can also be made in the order comments.
