The embroidery is very nice looking and sturdy. Matter of fact, research online does not do it justice. The best stitching, and the most sturdy cloth of my jacket, seems to be that of the embroidery.

I inquired multiple times regarding the patch design, but got no response. The patch is not what I requested, and is also on the wrong location on the jacket. Probably going to use a seam ripper to remove it, and stitch another one onto the correct spot.

I somehow messed up my communication. I ordered the forest green jacket and wanted our club logo in white. What I received was black embroidery on forest green which is all but invisible.  Just be sure you know that they understand what you want.

For better or worse the back embroidery is done on a separate piece and sewn onto the back.  It may actually be better that way.  That much thread through a padded portion could be a bit stiff.  Overall it turned out well and worth the pittance they charge for it.
