Add Arming Strap to a NEW jacket

This is to add arming straps (both arms included) to a jacket that normally doesn't have it (plates are separate).

All PRO marked jackets come with the strap already.

This can only be done on a NEW order jacket as they will be added in Poland.
This is allows you to attach shoulder and upper arm plates on a jacket.
