Parrying Dagger, Flexible, Regenyei Armory, Stock

The dagger I received is excellent! I think I like it better than the one I was originally going to order. How ever, the site, Purple heart, has a communication problem. I was not warned about the QC issues with the dagger I originally bought. It took multiple E-mails to get a response about what was going on, and multiple E-mails again to get an answer about getting a replacement dagger (the one mentioned here). Even then the answer that I got was a paypal request with no accompanying message, to pay for the extra money needed for this new dagger. No accompanying E-mail, no notice, no discussion. If I didn’t know any better, this would have looked like a scam. This was easily the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with Purple heart. Its strange too, because the customer service was excellent when I had an issue with the Jacket I purchased back in 2024.

Great service backed by fast shipping times
