**** Ordering Procedure ****
Review the steps below before completing your order:

1. Order: Place order and select appropriate options (guard, backside, etc), check out and receive order number.
2. Email: From a civilian email address (when possible) email the engraving instructions and order number to [email protected]
4. If a response is not received from us within 24 hours of sending engraving instructions, check spam folder. If still no email please email [email protected]
5. Review proof and email us back with approval or corrections. Proof must be approved before engraving will begin.

Expedited shipping: If the order must be rushed or have expedited shipping you will receive a quote for extra charges.


If you need the Rudis delivered by a certain date please note it on the order to ensure proper delivery time. Allow extra time for APO/FPO orders.

This graphics editing charge is only for NEW unit logos or company logos. If you need guidance on how much to add, please ask on chat. If adding paint please select that option.Any graphics editing on a rush order (10 business days or less) requires this rush fee as well.

COSTS
Expedited Shipping
We will hold $15 over and above the shipping amount if your order is due 7 days or less from the order date. This will expedite the process and eliminate the extra time to track down additional funds for fast shipping IF NEEDED.

Engraving
Engraving for the first side of the rudis blade engraving is included. Engraving on each side of the guard or back side blade is additional. Please choose options when placing the order.

Graphics
If we do not have the image on file, a one-time setup fee may be required. The cost will vary based upon complexity of the image. You will be told which graphic fee to choose if you send a logo for approval before ordering, otherwise choose 'no graphics fee'

Email us at [email protected] in any format. Providing instructions in the following formats will expedite the process:
  • Text: in the body of the email or in a format that can be copied **do not send text in pdf**
  • Graphics: High Resolution, black & white is best.
  • Layout: Powerpoint, sketch, word, photograph, etc. We can work with any format. We will work with you on the proof.

We do up to 100 of these a week, and sometimes things are missed. Please do not wait until the due date to say you haven't received your item.
