Handles beautifully, flexes well. It’s a re-hilting project for me, and in doing so I learned it’s full tang (like a kitchen knife) and the guard is welded on. You couldn’t ask for a more solid hilt construction!

This is my second one of these. My first one is going strong with heavy use. Will recommend to anyone.

These are a the same maker as the long swords, they are spring steel and very light due to the fuller and the blade thickness. The blades are very durable as they have thick blunt edges that have been properly tempered.
