There seemed to be a lack of attention to detail concerning the order. The initial artwork in no way reflected the directions in the email that I sent to the company (the company requires the customer to send an email with instructions). Had to go back and forth with the graphics person and ended up having a verbal conversation which cleared up a majority of the misunderstanding.  Also, the piece showed up and included a wrong color. Granted, the artist sent the final proof which I approved, however, the  specific color that we wanted and was specified in my original email message was not accurate. Attention to detail.  Appreciate her offering to pay for the shipping back to the office to re-paint.

Overall, the product was really nice and we plan on ordering from the company again.
