Purpleheart Armoury Exclusive Rubber Spear Tip. Typicaly the shaft will go 4" into the socket, then 4" will flex. The socket requires at least a 1" shaft. What works well is 1-1/8" round or 1-1/16" octagon tapered to about 3/4" and about 3"-4" long.
Good spear tips, fits 25.4mm aka 1 inch width dowel. Stout design which is nice and robust but plenty of flex on impact. Jade was very helpful in working out shipping for this order to Australia, thanks very much team.

It meets SCA standards
This spear head meets SCA Rapier Spear standards (2024 at least). But that's pretty much it. This kind of tip is also one that has caused concussions in the past. The quality of the rubber is really really good. I can see this tip lasting in most temperature climates.
