I ordered this as a farewell gift (for myself, for reasons), based on other reviews I found online, as well as a couple teammates who had ordered their Rudis from here. Christian was always quick to respond, and helpful when it came to sorting out how things were supposed to look, and making sure I was complete satisfied with the design before they started crafting. I would absolutely order other products from Purple Heart Armory in the future, and would recommend you do the same.
