The curvature is more prominent than the Hungarian or shamshir. The guard is definitely big enough for any type of hand protection, but it feels large to me in just my bare hands. Handles great, happy purchase!

Very good sword, the paracord grip does feel a little sand papery but its very grippy, the wing is pretty heavy but the sword overall is a pretty realistic weight, took 2 weeks to arrive.

Big fan of synthetic trainers and this product is one of the reasons why. Sturdy, stylish.Tip heavy as real version should be. Handles nicely.One complaint - hilt is too long. Doesn't affect handling, however.Overall, would definitely recommend.
