Love my sword...when I finally got it. It was a week or two past the deliver date before I finally reached out to someone (no one ever reached out to me) to find out that they were out of the plastic to make the order. No one ever reached out to tell me this, I had to inquire it myself and when I asked when they thought they might get more in, they told me they didn't know and that was it. For as much as these swords are, I would have liked a better idea on when it get my actual order. About a week or two after I got the "I don't know email" I did finally get my sword and it's great, but I think the customer service needs a bit more work.
