BOH plate is a little too flexible
I've had this BOH for a couple of years and never had a problem. I practice with just about every weapon, none have been an issue. That being said, the Spes Unity overlay has a similar construction with a sturdier plate covering the back of the head. Can't complain.
Not overly hot, doesn't impede movement, easy to get into and out of. It does make my mask top-heavy enough that I can no longer tip it up halfway/over the brow between bouts because it'll overbalance, but the actual weight while worn is negligible. Sound is slightly muffled, but I presume the side vents help.

Covers the back of my head
It does an excellent job keeping the back of my head safe. I also enjoy how it adds a bit of extra padding to the top and sides. It does make it a bit hotter and muffles sound but does not restrict my movement of field of view.
