NO QUALITY CONTROL: Bad wood used for staff |

To PH Armory, PLEASE be diligent on QUALITY CONTROL. DO Handle the staff before you pack them. IF you did, you'd have known as your hand would have been full of splinters!
Wood used for this particular order was full of FAULTS. Wide open grains with lots of splinters.
Sanded using 600 paper, and more splinters lifted off the wood as it got sanded. Attempting to fix using stabilizer on surface.
The wood also contained several knots with rotted/cracked area, one of which measured 1/4"length and 1/16"width on the long side of the staff. I'm attempting to fill it using thin epoxy, but not sure how well it will stand up to full contact training.
THERE MAY BE MORE Fault in the wood.
This is 5th staff we have ordered. 3 of them had issue with wood, this one happens to be the WORST! ABSOLUTELY NO QUALITY CONTROL here as This staff should have gone straight to the trash can, and should not have been sold.
BUY WITH CAUTION, you may not get what you want.
