**** Ordering Procedure ****

FAILURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTION LISTED HERE MAY RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER.

1. Order: Place order and select appropriate options (guard, backside, etc), check out and receive order number. Before checking out, see #2.
2. Email: From a civilian email address (when possible) email the instructions and order number to [email protected] You cannot enter instructions or insignia on the website, ALL information must be emailed.
3. If a response is not received from us within 24 hours of sending instructions, check spam folder. If still no email please email [email protected]
4. Review proof and email us back with approval or corrections. Proof must be approved before production will begin.

Expedited shipping: If the order needs expedited shipping (not covered by RUSH FEES) you will receive a quote for additional shipping fees.

WE PROCESS ORDERS ACCORDING TO THE DUE DATE YOU PROVIDE.

IF YOU NEED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS YOU NEED TO ALSO SELECT THE 'JUMP THE LINE FEE' FOR PRIORITY PROCESSING. WE CANNOT REFUND THIS FEE IF YOU CHOOSE IT BUT THEN ALSO GIVE US A FURTHER OUT DUE DATE THAN 10 BUSINESS DAYS.

A Rudis was a gift to a gladiator for a special achievement. This signified his release from a slave to a freeman. Our Rudis is an excellent and unique gift for someone who has completed service in the military, retired, or completed an academic achievement.

We can include a corporate logo, military insignia, and/or text in a variety of fonts. Email instructions to: [email protected] and include order number.

COSTS
Expedited Shipping
We require $15 over and above the shipping amount if your order is due 10 business days or less from the order date. This will expedite the process and eliminate the extra time to track down additional funds for fast shipping IF NEEDED. You can only choose UPS Ground for expedited service, we will manually choose the best shipping option to reach you in time.

Classic Engraving or Full Color Printing
Classic engraving for the first side of the rudis blade is included in the purchase price. Full color printing can be chosen also. Engraving on each side of the guard or back side blade is additional. Please choose options when placing the order.

Graphics
If we do not have the image on file, a one-time setup fee may be required. The cost will vary based upon complexity of the image. You will be told which graphic fee to choose if you send a logo for approval before ordering, otherwise choose 'no graphics fee.' Any graphics work needed for a rush order choose 'Rush Graphics' fee in the dropdown menu.

Full Color Printing
If you would like color for any graphic or any part of text, choose the Full Color & Dark Printing option. Orders that use color will be UV printed (NOT engraved). If your order includes guard engraving, the uard is NOT printed and will be engraved and painted gold (other color options are available).

BLANK BLUE BLADE
If you'd like just the rudis, with no engraving or printing, please TELL US! We will not process the order without emailed instructions. A note can also be made in the order comments.
