Crook Cane - Hickory Wide Crook

Disappointed my cane has two knots in it which will certainly affect it's strength. The cane is significantly thicker and heavier than an average wood cane. This doesn't affect mobility use but does make it slower to deploy in a self defense situation. The crook is very wide which facilitates neck and leg grabs. Very nice cane and of course made from hickory. Nice wide crook makes it nice, you can hook it over your shoulder if you need both hands. My wife may take it away from me as she liked it too. ðŸ˜Å

I bought a Hickory crooked neck cane for balance while walking. I am an aikidoka by training and use hickory wooden weapons regularly. Hickory is all forgiving and can take significant abuse without cracking, splintering or failing. It also looks great.
