Excellent Training Tool

This sword has been the perfect tool for me as a HEMA beginner. It's nimble and lightweight, feels good in the hand, and has an adequate amount of flex. It has worked very well for me in conditioning, pell work, and sparring. And even though I've only been sparring with it for a couple of months, the blade has held up really well so far - even after taking some hard hits from a kriegsmesser. The shorter length also pushes me to work on my form & technique while sparring, rather than simply using my reach for sniping shallow targets. Great value for a first steel HEMA sword, I highly recommend!
