This has been the single worst customer service experience I have ever had. The sword I received was not correct (I don’t blame Purpleheart for that specifically, though it seems like they should have checked before they sent it to me). The bigger problem is that I have spent the last several months trying to get some kind of resolution without success. The person I’ve been speaking with has been unhelpful, unclear, and repeatedly insulting. I will not be ordering any other gear from Purpleheart and I intend to warn my club mates away as well.

It’s so pretty
I always like a Regenyei and I needed a longsword with a longer handle and this is perfect
