We can easily cutout the shape of the replacement tip, but the customer will need to drill thescrew holes themselves. Each shield varies slightly in dimensions depending onthe material shrinkage after molding, so we cannot drill the holes according toa fixed template.
The procedure istherefore as follows: the customer places the rubber tip against the shield,marks the hole positions through the holes in the plastic, and then drillsthem. After that, the tip can be mounted.
