Return/Exchange/Cancel Policy

Credit will be issued upon receiving the return. If issued towards your initial payment method, a 4% fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Store credit may also be issued, in which no fees will be applicable. Initial shipping costs are not refunded. Custom orders can not be returned.

Exchanges are treated as a return + new order to keep our inventory afloat. Email customer service if you'd like to make an exchange. Once you inquire, we can issue store credit for the amount of the item(s), which can be applied to a new order. We will ship the new order as soon as the return is received.


Cancellations:
In the event of an order cancellation, a processing fee will be applied and deducted from the refunded amount (4%) Please order carefully.

Special Policy for SPES Items
  We are imposing a $25 restocking fee on any return, exchange OR change in the open order for any special order for a SPES item that is not typically stocked.

So please review your orders carefully and be sure you leave yourself time for your order to arrive if you want custom work. I try to have black jackets and pants in stock at all times of certain models!
No returns accepted on custom items. If you believe your item was made incorrectly, please contact Customer Service for review.
International Package Tracking
  When using USPS Priority Mail to ship internationally, once the package leaves the US it will be given to your country's mail service. You can continue to track the package using your tracking number but on your local mail provider.
