Small Fingertip Protectors
Used these in Lacrosse gloves for LightSaber and they work pretty well. I thought they would cover your entire fingertip (like a hat) but they are only semi circle rubber tips, so they do move around in the glove a little. I wish they covered a little more so they stay put in the glove.

Huge comfort of life upgrade
Better than the hard plastic ones. Although hard plastic might be more protective. I still have a scar from them cutting into my finger. If you're gloves need hard plastic tips, time to upgrade your gloves.
