OUTSTANDING in every aspect June 2, 2022 Reviewer: Kevin from Middletown, RI United States   I usually don't order custom items as there can always be a loss in translation from what you want to what you get. My wife wanted to buy me a rudis as a gesture to end my 21-year military career, as I am one for symbolic items that mean something instead of just randomness. After the order was placed, I worked with Lynn, who was very professional and personable and made sure my vision was brought to life the way I intended it. Quality product and company May 31, 2022 Reviewer: Daniel Mangold from San Antonio, TX United States   I recently ordered a Rudis for a co-worker's retirement.  I had seen several other swords that had been ordered for other retirements and they were really nice.  They send you a proof for the engraving and once it is approved they send you the finished product.  Unfortunately, a very slight error was left after I had send to proof back pointing out the error.  When I received the rudis at my house, I saw that the error had not been fixed and it was engraved onto the sword.  I sent an email to Purpleheart and they responded, apologizing for the error and said they would have a corrected sword in the mail for me the next day.  I received the new sword within 2 days later and the engraving was correct.  Purpleheart Armoury stood behind their product and workmanship and corrected the error on the engraving.  I appreciate their integrity.  I would definitely order from Purpleheart again.
