Good Balance and Quality February 28, 2022 Reviewer: Bilal from Haroon   The balance is good and is the same as a real one. I tried sparring with this against a steel foil and it came out with only minor scratches. That said, I wouldn't advise on sparring against real steel swords with this regularly. Excellent September 28, 2021 Reviewer: Matt from , Houston   I was looking for something to use while I was searching for a blunted steel shamshir that met my requirements. I took a gamble on the Shamshir Trainer and I couldn't be happier. It is weighted properly and moves and breaks just like the real thing. Immediately beat it against a variety of other poly and nylon swords and axes and it doesn't look even a bit distressed. The only complaint I have is the rubber stopper to lock the crossguard in place slowly loosens itself. I fixed it with electrical tape. Even with that small gripe I still feel it is a 5 star sword. Solid construction and fun to use! March 24, 2021 Reviewer: from ,   Title says it all. Haven't used it enough to comment on long-term durability but it feels solid enough to stand up to everything I have planned for it. Weight and length are good. Balance is a little forward compared to my steel sword, but that's to be expected with an all-plastic construction. Fits the hand well, handles nicely, and feels good to swing. Nice product! Amazing Amazing Amazing January 12, 2021 Reviewer: Eli   Flows so we'll, thought I was compromising by getting the trainer instead of the penti but not at all, yeah gotta be careful cus it doesn't flex but the handling and flow are AMAZING.
