Crook Cane - Hickory, Clear Finish

It's a very sturdy cane, but was sloppily made. The base with the rubber tip is cut at an angle similar to the angle at the crook hook cut. My base should be cut flat. The rubber tip doesn't fit at a flat angle as it should.

I've done a lot of research, and knew what I was looking for; A strong hickory cane for daily use that could be used for defense without fear of breaking. I found Purpleheart Armoury, and the price for what I wanted was agreeable. Unfortunately the cane that arrived has some issues that are not reflective of the advertised model. - There are rough spots in a few different places including the handle. - The cane itself is not perfectly straight, and has a curve. - The picture of the cane I purchased was supposed to have a clear finish, which according to the pictures online looks almost white. Mine has a natural color (which is fine, but not what I thought I was getting).Other than that, the cane works, and with its flaws I still use it, so I thought I gave my purchase a fair review.

Great cane. Clean, simple and sturdy. No grooves, slots, pointed angles, exposed rumble gear teeth or rhinestone eyes. Nothing to draw attention. Reasonably priced.

These are great. Stout and sturdy without being too heavy. Even my woodworking friends were impressed with the quality.
