excellent for price
Edge gets a little dinged up with use. It also should absolutely not be used to stab, as any amount of deflection leaves a worrisome set in the blade. Otherwise, a perfectly functional dagger for parrying.

Perfect for the novice and at an economy price.
I fence rapier and this is my first dagger. I love it. Its well balanced and not heavy. Great price and perfect for a novice who is not ready to spend on tournament level equipment, like me. The blade could be more flexible. I have been advised by my instructor not to thrust with it. It arrives as pictured, so I am going to put a rubber tip on it.
