Viking sword training tool. October 28, 2022 Reviewer: Bran Hiott. Steel Ring Academy from Parrish, FL United States   I really like this sword. It looks and feels great. It is very flexible and light enough to be pretty darn fast. It is a shorter blade so it definitely behooves you to pair it with a shield. Light enough for fast, precise attacks but solid enough and wonderfully balanced to support stalwart defense. Excellent and exactly as described! June 2, 2021 Reviewer: Charles from Indiana   This sword is fantastic for SCA-style cut and thrust. The measurements and parameters are precisely as described and the fit and finish are very well done. It does a decent job of replicating the feel of a viking-era sword. The grip is a little long and the balance point is a few inches closer to the hilt than was period, but these changes make it more comfortable to handle than a period sword would be. At half the price of any comparable competitor's sword this delivers at least equal quality. Was this review helpful to you?
