4 of 5 Incredibly Well Balanced March 26, 2023

The weight and balance is perfect for Meyer's style of rapier. My only complaint is the strange hilt deign. The metal ferrule for the handle is attached to the hilt itself instead of the handle itself. This means I can't swap out hilts or handles unless I replace both at the same time. A strange choice, but that won't be a problem for most people.

4 of 5 Mixed weapon worker December 25, 2022
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from new england
Let me preface this by saying I do find enjoyment from using this sword. It's at a kind of middle ground between one handed weapons. One reason I bought this sword was that some guy said it holds up to longsword. I have a hard time believing that. I generally spar against either normal rapier, saber, or arming sword. V.S a rapier yeah this sword does the work and pushes it around, though getting hand hit is annoying haha. But vs a saber or arming sword I often struggle to control the blade though I can do well enough in the match. This blade is light, and long, but don't expect power. Leads me to wish the blade was at least 1/2 inch wider all the way down, but I'm more of a parry and cut guy and a sparring partner mentioned its more of a catch and thrust weapon Also does not fit large spes heavies, despite pictures.

5 of 5 Solid Construction June 17, 2022
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Chula Vista, CA United States
I recently bought this and I could not be happier with it. The handling and balance feels great to me. The guard grip and pommel and fit together great and there is no wiggle when tightened down and does not come loose after use. Ive put it through its paces so far doing sparring and hitting it on some trees to test its strength and it has suffered practically zero damage other than some marks left on the blade. The blade is also on the stiffer side which I like because cheaper hema swords like hanwei rapiers will often be too floppy. The sword did come with 1-2 small scratches on the guard and blade but these are purely visual and really do not matter at all as the sword will be used for sparring and will get these sorts of marks anyways. I feel this product is well worth the price and highly recommend buying it to anyone looking at it.

4 of 5 Holds its own against longswords. December 23, 2021
Reviewer: Dude
like the other swords from the Hungarian manufacturer, this thing shrugs off longswords with barely more than scratches. In terms of handling, it definitely has alot of authority in the cut, given that it’s basically a longsword feder with a short handle, but it is nimble enough to utilize good point work. The one down side is the use of a threaded pommel, which has lead to the hilt loosening and even after tightening it and applying super glue, the grip has a slight wiggle in it. My techniques feder and arming sword from this line are peened, and remain rock solid. However, this thing is an absolute steal for the money. Definitely buy one. Do it.
