5 of 5 Great piece of kit April 11, 2020
Reviewer: Brian from Crestline California
A must have for any HEMA practitioner. Dagger is Dre too underrated.  Get this dagger and have some fun. Use the plastic cold steel dagger for techniques where a dagger is dropped on the ground. Wouldn’t want to chip this lovely dagger up. Nice finish and great weight. I’ve compared the weight to a dagger from Tods workshop and the balance and weight is really similar.  Cheers

5 of 5 Rondels October 14, 2019
Reviewer: Raven Rivera from Lakewood, Ohio
Each piece is solid, very well crafted, and feels comfortable in hand. The custom engraving was very well done-excellent job on the fine details, especially considering the small size of the image. These rondel trainers are both sturdy, practical training tools, and pieces of art.

5 of 5 Let the Kerne Training commence! April 30, 2019
Reviewer: Julie Stemple from Fresno, CA United States
Our 16th c. Irish reenactment guild needed a new source for waster training tools, & purpleheart armory delivers. The rondel style feels balanced & solidly constructed. We will enjoy using your product, and trying others in your catalog. Abu!

5 of 5 Ineffective at penetrating anything! February 21, 2019
Reviewer: Peter Weisinger from Salmon Arm, BC Canada
I tried very hard, but could not seem to penetrate mail, a gambeson, or even a simple t-shirt. I think this may be due to the design. It also left me with disappointingly few blisters and absolutely no splinters.

5 of 5 Well made and great for training August 11, 2018
Reviewer: Ryan K. from Pittsburgh, PA United States
One of the very few quality roundel trainers out there.  Made from one solid piece of oak. Durable and well balanced. Works equally well for solo drills and sparring

Solid craftsmanship. I really like the heft of these: it provides a sense of martial presence.
