Excellent mask, excellent service August 11, 2022 Reviewer: Noah Carrico from St. Anthony, ID United States   The mask has been great to use. It is surprisingly adjustable and fits perfectly. I am also a fan of the removable padding, although I have not had to use that yet. When I ordered it, Purpleheaet reaches out to me letting me know that there had been an error in my shipping rate and refunded me the difference. High quality and well worth the price! September 7, 2021 Reviewer: Itinerant Poet   Purpleheart consulted with me so I would be able to make the right choice for my current purposes.  I like the flexibility of the coaches mask b/c I can use without the back protector for light contact single-handed cut-and-thrust, and it's way better than my old FIE helmet.  I can wash the liner to keep it nice—even if you don't sweat much in sparring it builds up over time. Step above the standard April 26, 2021 Reviewer: HAU LE from Colorado Springs, CO United States   The extra padding is Velcro d  to the sides of the helmet, making it very secure. All you need is the back of the head protection and you are secured. The padding is of great quality, I have taken hits and it holds up. Was this review helpful to you?

Great protection. December 1, 2020 Reviewer: James Stamper from Eau Claire, WI United States   Works as advertised.  I like the outside padding is riveted on so it stays in place much better than the AF cover.  I use an XL mask, so the covers don't fit as well as they do on the L mask.  I matched this mask with a SPES BOH protector and it works much better than my old mask.  Definitely would purchase again in the future.
