Gorget
With the jacket and mask this is a little bulky...NOT your fault.

Insufficient for longsword
Comfy, but insufficient protection imho. Took a thrust from a light SCA dagger and couldn't talk for a couple hours (jacket over gorget). If it had been a hard thrust from a longsword it could've been bad.
