My friends call this an "abomination" but I don't.
This has quickly become one of my favourite "swords" in my bag. I find in sparring, it handles like a messer but the axe head creates many fun hooking and disarming opportunities.

Its odd, but fun to use. Enough flexibility that it is no overly dangerous in the thrust. No clue how much the axe portion adds, but its light enough it still functions mostly like an arming sword
