HEMA Underplastron 800N

This product is used to help upgrade older jackets to 800N. If your jacket is cotton, thin, or an older version that may only be 350N or less, then use this under the jacket to fill in the gaps. Particularly under the armpits.

800 N resistance full body underplastron to protect the underarm from broken blades.
Easy to pull on.
Full elastic back panel to allow easy movement.
Material resistance tested by laboratory.

A nice piece of gear would be five stars but I find the neck line a fair bit lower then I’d like but great underarm protection

Comfort and Confidence
Simple and cost effective product for peace of mind when practicing with steel. Minimal protection from bruising but should be worn under other protective gear.

800n under plastron
I live in Arizona gets very hot. Nice to have something to wear under light jacket with improved protection . Comfortable to fence in. The one down side wish it was two inches longer

Great chest protection
My purpose for getting this are two fold. I just started doing HEMA and wanted a certain level of protection for light one on one practice. Although the front, sides and arms to the elbow are covered in a ballistic material. The back is made of a very stretchy and flexible material.
