VB continues to impress.
not fancy, but solid, and with a nice balance. since it's viking-style, it could have been shorter, and had a shorter grip, but I know the market does not like short gripped swords in general, so i am not mad about it. I am just a nerd. over all, it is sparring safe, fast, and better than i'd hoped for the money. and good deal, 100%. as always, I got it fast, and with top notch service.

Excellent balance and value
This Viking style feder is basic but ticks all the boxes for style, performance and comfort. It sits well in the hand, is well balanced, well made and presented. The grip is a little oversized to accommodate a glove. Overall, this sword meets all my expectations. Customer service was also prompt and excellent.

Better than expected
I was honestly not expecting too much as this sword was very cheap on sale, but I am super happy. Really excited to put it to use in practice. Everyone at the club has been really impressed also.

Barely SCA C&T Legal
The Viking Feder is a beautiful blade, an excellent "This is what a sword looks like" for crowds to Ooo and Ahhh over but it's incredibly stiff. It's just barely legal for my main use, SCA Cut&Thrust and I asked for the most flexible blade they had. If you are looking at this blade for SCA Cut and Thrust I would advise you look elsewhere. If you are looking for a Viking/9th,10th,11th century s
