Air and Marine (Not the Border Patrol)
There seemed to be a lack of attention to detail concerning the order. The initial artwork in no way reflected the directions in the email that I sent to the company (the company requires the customer to send an email with instructions). Had to go back and forth with the graphics person and ended up having a verbal conversation which cleared up a majority of the misunderstanding. Also, the piece
