Buying Katana, Sparring Steel Light Flex
I had been waiting for some time to buy the metal flexible katanas as they were out of stock as soon as I saw they were available I made my purchase. One for my wife and one for me so we can work together with the swords..

Great trainer/sparring sword.
I really like the weight and balance of this katana. It's been a lot of fun sparring with it against other katanas, longswords, and messers. Only minor gripe is the tsuba takes some pretty gnarly chips and needs to be filed down after a few heavy fights. Otherwise, this thing is solid.

Too flexible, but safe.
What a fine fencing tool!

Definitely has SCA allowed flex for non-c&t. Feels good in the hand, though I don't know how to use it yet - can move a rapier around easily due to the thick blade. Shipping was fast too!
