You will receive an automated email confirmation of your order.  If you do not receive this email, please contact us immediately. 

PayPal orders:  your receipt from PayPal is your confirmation.  You will receive no further correspondence until your UPS tracking number is emailed to you.

Please allow 4-5 days for in-stock items (listed on the stock page ONLY, 3-6 weeks for non-stock items, plus shipping time. You must contact us if you need your item rushed for any reason.

Shipping $14 for orders under $145
$19 for orders over $145 in the US (AK and HI use USPS unless otherwise specified, this means no tracking number)

 Weapons or staffs over 53" in length may require additional charge.  The shopping cart shipping may not be correct - we will charge you the correct amount when the order is processed!  Please contact us if you have questions about shipping charges.

Please make sure your address is correct on the order page.  UPS charges an additional $5 for address corrections.  If shipping to a business, a suite or floor number is REQUIRED by UPS.
 

International Customers, we ship all over the world but please email us first for a shipping quote.  Include your mailing address please.  

The shopping cart does not have the ability to calculate shipping, the shipping cost will be charged by us or billed through PayPal after the order ships.  Placing an order online implies that you accept the actual shipping and handling charge, whether it has been quoted beforehand or not.

Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service, there is no tracking number and delivery times are not guaranteed, but it is the most economical way for us to deliver your items.  If you would like another shipping method, let us know at time of quote.

 

Military customers:  we ship APO/FPO via the Post Office.  Shipping will be calculated separately - new Post Office rules make these shipments priced on size, not weight.  We will let you know what the shipping estimate will be - we will normally give our military customers a discount to help defray these costs.
