Sparring Weapons are hand forged and thick
edge. Blades are hardened to 48-50 HRC to endure long and heavy
training. Pommels are hot peened. Crossguard has fish tail shape to
stand heavy blows, which usually bends other types of guards. Durable
cord wrap on the grip is hard to cut during sparring.
These have been the standard swords used at many tournaments. They are strong, yet flexible and a good balance. Of all the brands on the market they have experienced the fewest failures.
