This is a rubber headed weapon that can absorb a little of the impact during use. Armour and protective gear is required to use this trainer. Its solid rubber and still hits very hard if sparring. Fine in controlled training. Consult your instructor or safety official before using this weapon.
Makes a resaonable Fokos trainer as well.
It includes a Purpleheart Armoury designed rubber hammer head and a 47" long hickory rectangular shaft. Or 34" long for a discount.
Bought the sparring warhammer for my son's 20th birthday. He was super excited to get it and loved the weight and feel. Took some time to get the head onto the handle, but it won't be coming off anytime soon.

It is plain unsafe due to it's weight. Do not buy this for any sort of combat training.

Warhammer
I purchased a large warhammer for my husband for Christmas. I was first drawn to this product for the price because we have been looking for something like this for awhile. Everywhere else we have found they cost anywhere from $100-250. I was hesitant because “you get what you pay for.� I was also worried it would not arrive in time for Christmas (i ordered mid October). However, I was delight
The hammer is amazing. The head takes a lot of effort to get on, but once it's on it is well secured. This product is great for both training and killing spiders from a safe distance.
