Norman Shortsword:  This is a series of limited blades that we are producing.  Limited to 100 blades we decided to make a series of Norman style swords.  Especially priced for Christmas 2009 we will have them until we sell out. 

  SSN1:  We created this sword in honor of the Staffordshire hoard recently discovered.

An amazing selection of gold pommels and artifacts.  By looking at this beautiful hardware from 1000 years ago one cannot help but be inspired. 

We made a new oval pommel and engraved in Latin along the fuller "surge Domine et dissipentur inimici tui et fugiant qui oderunt te a facie tua".  Translated as "Rise up, Lord; may Your enemies be scattered and those who hate You be driven from Your face."    Numbers 10:35

SSN2:  This sword also have a curved guard but with a simple disc pommel.  We use on the best impact grade hickory for the blades.  On this sword the guard and pommel are also hickory.
