Post 2023 its often not allowed in tournaments. Usually only the Medium Flex are allowed.
BUt these do offer good training and exceptional control.

A spatulated tip blunt is recommened.

First Feder - very pleased

This is my first feder, and I am very pleased. The balance is incredible and the pommel is rock solid. I mostly use it for pell work and it is holding up amazingly well for the abuse I tend to deliver. I wish I would have gotten one sooner.
