SPES Vectir Overlay

The back of the head mask overlay is a protective element that secures the back of the head and protects the area where the mask ends. The overlay is made of several layers of resistant fabric, a protective layer, and three mobile plates made of super-hard plastic.

This design does leave a gap near the top of the mask/tongue. It is possible that this protector would be rejected in some tournaments. We would then recommend the SPES Unity cover or PBT Cover.

Great low cost solution
After ordering my mask, my instructor urged me to order a BOTH protection attachment. This was a little tricky to install, but works great with my HEMA helmet.

Got what I paid for
It fits between the head and strap, protects the back of my head. There's a slight gap at the very top. Worth the price for light practice
