This model of the AP Fencing Jacket is a combination of comfort and a high level protection.

The design is based on the standard AP Jacket model, which is highly valued among HEMA fencers. This jacket offers great comprehensive protection.

• Plastic pads (8 pieces) Black Only.

When checking out using the Custom Size option, include your measurements (according to the Sizing chart) in the Comment section during checkout. Please send measurements in centimeters with NO punctuation except decimals, my cart makes it a mess.

So please review your orders carefully and be sure you leave yourself time for your order to arrive if you want custom work, usually 6 weeks.

• Fabric is certified 350N puncture resistant.

• Equipped with fasteners for mounting specially shaped plastic pads for increased protection.

• A leather front plate can be attached to the front with Velcro, increasing protection without sacrificing comfort.

• The collar is more fit to the shape of the neck than the standard version. The blade catcher remains part of the design.

Expand chest when measuring. Add 1" (25mm) if you plan on using a chest plate.

C3 Biceps girth	Taken with bent arm and tense muscles
C4 Forearm girth	Taken around the largest point of the forearm
C5 Wrist girth	Taken at wrist joint level
D1 Chest girth	Taken at armpit level (women's jackets - on bust level)
D2 Shoulders width	Taken on the back, between arm-shoulder connection points
D3 Back width	Taken at armpit level
D4 Distance neck - navel	Taken from navel to bottom line of neck
D5 Abdominal girth	Taken at the level of the belly button (navel)
D7 Hips girth	Taken at hip joint level
E1 Thigh girth	Taken around the largest point of the thigh

Chest range is the measurement taken at the armpit level in front (it is half of the chest girth).

Chest Range and Hips Range is the jacket's size after folding it in half in this points. Probably not very useful. Use the other dimensions and the jackets usually fit very well.
